In its own research and development center, the direct drives, converter technology and control components of the IntElect are developed, tested and produced specifically for use in injection molding machines. This enables maximum dynamics with maximum precision. The combination of self-developed drive motors, frequency converters and the entire servo-motor control system creates one of the most efficient injection moulding machines on the market. Compared to other injection molding machines, the IntElect requires up to 80% less energy than hydraulic machines and up to 20% less energy than conventional all-electric machines
