FLEXQ Connectors supports the UPSHIFT project with the engineering and implementation of the hose and connection technology for mould temperature control. The hose lines and connection components are dimensioned and assembled according to the specific requirements of the application. FLEXQ provides the interfaces from the temperature control unit to the orcinus process monitoring system for flow and temperature, as well as the further media routing to the mould. In addition to the appropriate coupling technology, FLEXQ is responsible for the assembly and installation of the complete hose system. The result is a coordinated and practical connection solution for reliable mould temperature control.
